California Ezra Bible Academy was established in San Leandro, California in June of 1997 by Rev. Jongin Kim to serve the growing
Korean immigrant church and community in Northern California.
Under the exceptional leadership of Ms. Elizabeth Kim (Chairman, Board of Directors),
Dr. Jongin Kim (President), Samuel Kim (Vice President), Young-Kyo
Choi (Dean of Academic), Jonathan Choi (Dean of Student), Robert
Choi (Board of Directors), Moolim Lee (Board of Directors), Myungsoon
Yoon (Board of Directors), Suk Yoo (Board of Directors), and Sara
Lim (Board of Directors), who were supported by a faculty of outstanding
scholars and professionals, seek to educate Korean immigrants primarily
in theology and music. California Ezra Bible Academy currently
offers its undergraduate and graduate programs. It is currently
pursuing its programs to be approved by the State of California
through the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education
(BPPVE).
