declaration has been evaluated and exclusion
pursuant to CEC Section 94739 (b) (6) has been verified. According
to Bureau for Private Postsecondary
and Vocation Education, it is declared that
on the basis of the in-formation submitted, our present curriculum
meets the exclusion requirements.
